Select which plan works best for you. We offer pay monthly or pay-in-full options with significant savings.

 

2. CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT & DOWNLOAD THE APP

 After checkout, you’ll create your account using your email address. Be sure to remember your password, as you’ll use this to log into the RTVC™ app. 

3. FILL OUT THE PRE-TRAINING FORM & SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST CALL

Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to fill out a unique questionnaire that will screen your health and zero in on your goals. You’ll then schedule a call with your trainer to go over your training game plan.

4. START GETTING RESULTS

Cameron is passionate about creating positive change in the community through fitness – and with an unmatched energy and enthusiasm, his workouts consistently leave others invigorated and excited for more. As a former anorexic turned international fitness presenter, however, his mission doesn’t end when the music stops and class is over. Cam lives to help others dive deep into who they are, kill the comparisons, and develop the character and the confidence to live out their God-given purpose.

WHERE'S YOUR FACILITY LOCATED?

We actually offer all our personal training plans and coaching through our convenient app, allowing you to save time, save money, and get real time access, wherever you are.

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T WORKED OUT IN A WHILE?

Our programs are not just tailored to you – they’re built from scratch based on your own unique fitness level, movement quality, and prior injury history. Rest assured, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a newbie altogether, you’ll see results. And you’ll see them quickly. 

DO YOU OFFER DIFFERENT WORKOUTS EVERY DAY?

 If that’s what will help you stay consistent, then absolutely. What we DON’T jive with are random, silly, nonlinear, unsafe, and non goal-specific workouts designed to post on your social media feeds for likes and popularity. We create specialized programs with effective exercises and nutritional plans designed to achieve specific results. 

HOW MUCH OF A TIME COMMITMENT IS THIS?

Our programs require a 3-month commitment, because, well, Rome wasn’t built in a day. And countless success stories show that this is the perfect amount of time to not only achieve unbelievable results, but to build new habits that help prevent our clients from backsliding in the future. As for daily workout time, we take into account the information about your individual availability provided to us in the initial onboarding questionnaire. 

CAN I TRAIN FOR LONGER THAN 3 MONTHS?

Absolutely! We hope that if you haven’t reached your goals in 3 months, that you’re well on your way and have built enough knowledge and healthy habits to easily continue a on self-guided program. That being said, this is a journey, and we’re happy to work with you for as long as you’d like!
